What data will be deleted?
When you submit a data deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our databases:
- Your user profile information (email, username, user ID)
- App-specific progress, settings, and configurations
Note: Any data required for legitimate legal, regulatory, or security purposes will be retained strictly in accordance with local laws.
How to request account & data deletion
You do not need to have the app installed on your device to request data deletion. You can request it at any time using the method below.
Email request (recommended)
Please send an email to our support team to request a manual wipe:
- Support email: [email protected]
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request - 小氣簿
- Information to include: the email address or User ID associated with your account so we can verify ownership
We process all manual deletion requests within 7 business days of verification.
Important considerations
- Active subscriptions: If you have an active subscription purchased via the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel it through Apple or Google first. Deleting your app account will not automatically cancel a recurring billing cycle.
- Action is permanent: Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose all in-app purchases, progress, and history permanently.
